Support cross‑functional collaboration by gathering inputs from operational teams and subject‑matter experts to inform strategic recommendations. Build and maintain dashboards and models to track initiative performance and support continuous improvement. Support the development and implementation of performance metrics tied to organizational goals. Selection Criteria 4–6 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategic planning, financial modeling, or data analytics, including at least 2 years in a hands‑on analytical role. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field. Proven ability to prepare strategic presentations and communicate complex information clearly to senior leadership, funders, and external stakeholders. Strong storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect data to actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data visualization considered an asset. Strong quantitative skills, including scenario planning, financial modeling, and analytical problem‑solving. Demonstrated success using data‑driven insights to support organizational goals, drive growth, and develop strategic recommendations from end to end. Experience working with or in government agencies, particularly in the context of infrastructure or economic development is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with transportation, logistics, or northern development sectors is an asset. Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability and attention to detail. Excellent communicator — able to convey technical or financial concepts clearly. Proactive collaborator who works effectively across functions. Professional and discreet with sensitive and confidential information. Individuals of Indigenous heritage and/or experience with Indigenous‑owned enterprises are encouraged to apply.
