Under the general direction of the SAP Department Manager, the SAP Business Systems Analysis Lead is responsible for the
supervision, research, planning, design configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Provide leadership to business and systems analysts, as well as reporting analysts, in the analysis and technical solutions of

relates to SAP, such as but not limited to: Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Asset Management.
- Coordinate with the Digital & Technology (D&T) Value Management Office, Business Partnership Department, and Project

Delivery Department to plan and schedule resources for complex, enterprise-wide project delivery.
- Participate in and supervise to completion, foundational enterprise system solutions, including the research, evaluation,

planning, design, implementation, testing, documentation, organizing, and controlling within departmental policies and
procedures.
- Prepare section business plans, budgets, workload and resource projections, and strategic plans. Act as Project Leader

and/or participate in various types and sizes of IT software projects within the section or across the enterprise when
applicable.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- A four-year degree in Computer Science or Business Management Information Systems, Accounting or HR, or Engineering

(Computer or Electrical) from a recognized university with six years of experience related to software development/modelling
and computer system analysis including two years supervisory experience
- OR
- A two-year diploma in Computer Programming Technology from a recognized college and eight years of experience related to

- software development/modelling and computer system analysis including two-years supervisory experience.#- General knowledge of functional areas such as but not limited to:

- Logistics, Human Resources, Finance
- SAP ECC and Functional Reporting
- SAP S4 for Utilities and Embedded Analytics
- Integrations
- Demonstrated ability to interpret business processes with stakeholders and develop appropriate information technology

solutions in close liaison with business clients/users; which requires the ability to understand, document and model complex

- Working knowledge of IT Incident and Change Management system.
- Demonstrated knowledge of supervisory duties and Employee Relations methods.
- Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams and ensure all team members are working effectively in a team environment and
- coordinate work schedules- Possess superior planning and resolution skills, both strategic and tactical.

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $48.63-$68.29 Hourly,
$93,187.12-$127,669.62 Annually.
