CSG Talent are currently working with a rapidly growing company in the USA who are focused on the development of key technology for the lithium and critical minerals extraction sector to help them attract a key strategic C-suite commercial leadership role. We are seeking a Senior Commercial Executive to drive strategic growth, expand partnerships, and enhance revenue through taking a key leadership role in business growth, commerciality and strategy.


This role is highly tailorable around the right profile however it will broadly focus on leading and executing the high level commercial strategy to support business expansion, securing new business opportunities and high-value partnerships, overseeing financial performance and pricing models, and negotiating contracts while managing key stakeholder relationships.


The ideal candidate will have proven senior leadership experience in the mining, energy, or environmental industries ideally with a strong knowledge of the Lithium industry globally. The role will also require strong expertise in business development, negotiations, and strategic partnerships. A strong financial and operational acumen with a global perspective is essential. This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role in a rapidly growing sustainability-focused company in the critical minerals space.
