Skills and experience that will lead to success 3+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance; Commercial insurance experience an asset Experience with processing in insurer portals while speaking with clients required Post-secondary diploma or degree or a combination of education and equivalent years is a definite asset Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize requests while maintaining a positive attitude High level of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Proven ability to develop and deepen relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurer partners Valid provincial license is a requirement; relevant certifications such as CIP and CAIB are assets Licenses for other provinces or open to obtaining them is required How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
