**The Basics**:
Location: Covering territory in and around Downtown Toronto

Schedule: Full Time (40 hours/week)

Compensation: Probationary Period: $21.00/hour, After Probation: $22.25/hour

Vacation: 4% (2-weeks) Paid Vacation Time

Sick Days: 3 Paid Sick Days per year

Travel: Monthly TTC Pass, Annual Bikeshare.

At Northern Lines, we have been striving to provide top-notch service in draught quality for nearly seven years We follow the highest industry standards set by the Brewers' Association, which means we clean & maintain draught lines every two weeks according to approved methods. This helps us ensure each pint tastes as the brewer intended

**What You’ll Do**:
Draught Technicians follow a two-week rotation of regularly scheduled cleans, traveling from account to account servicing an average of 6-10 accounts per day. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Clean draught beer lines and maintain additional components of draught systems to the Northern Lines standard
- Provide excellent customer service to all accounts
- Manage your scheduled workday in an independent, mobile environment using our cloud-based field management app
- Communicate important account information internally
- Collaborate with other Northern Lines technicians on service calls, installations, and sales
- Participate in the growth and business development of Northern Lines

**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience comes in many forms and skill sets from many industries are highly transferable. Critical thinking, proactive customer service, and creative problem solving are at the core of how we approach our work. Some things that we are looking for include, but are not limited to:

- **Mechanically-inclined** or previous work with hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
- Strong communication skills and a great attitude
- Understanding or interest in beer and the craft beer industry in Ontario
- Ability to ride TTC transit, walk between accounts
- Ability to carry approximately 35 lbs in a backpack between worksites & stand for long periods of time

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour
