New Media Inc. (A.K.A.) is seeking a Junior Business Development Associate to help introduce and sell the raisin solution to prospective clients, joining its raisin team. If you have a passion for sales, love building relationships, have a go-getter personality, and want to be part of a dynamic, fast-emerging company, read on and applyThe Role:Build and maintain a healthy base of leads and contacts through research and leveraging networks.Reach out to senior decision-makers in the fundraising/charity community, conveying a convincing value proposition.Use multi-channel outreach including email, social media, ads, and cold calling.Collaborate with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to optimize closings.Record sales activities in Hubspot CRM and maintain CRM data analysis.Provide weekly reports on prospects and leads.Support senior sales team members in analyzing market potential and prospective customer value.Conduct qualification demonstrations remotely and in person.Respond to RFPs and participate in industry conferences (2-3 per year).Support marketing initiatives to generate leads.Perform other duties as assigned.We offer:A competitive salary with performance-based increasesUncapped quarterly commissions and bonusesOngoing sales trainingA diverse, fun, and community-oriented cultureComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and visionRequirements:Enthusiasm for cold-calling, networking, and establishing relationships2+ years of sales and business development experienceExperience selling SaaS softwareCRM knowledge, especially HubspotProficiency with digital technologies, social media, and web-based softwareSelf-motivated, quick learnerPost-secondary degree or diploma (marketing, communications, business, technology, etc.)Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesPassion for charities and fundraisingValues of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and customer serviceProven sales success and result orientationBilingual (English/French) is an assetReliable, persistent, personable, and eager to learnFor more information about A.K.A. raisin and the parent company, visit:A.K.A. raisinA.K.A.
