In the context of our expansion in North America, Iris Gallery is seeking a Junior Business Development professional to work directly with the General Manager on boutique development initiatives, with an ambition to develop nearly 400 galleries over the next 4 years.

The scope of the mission includes:

- Analyzing local and comparable markets, mapping opportunities
- Identifying potential locations
- Contacting property owners and real estate agents
- Crafting proposals
- Reviewing lease terms
- Developing retail network-building skills
- Eager to grow and learn
- Passionate about retail challenges
- Comfortable with business plans and lease agreements
- Willing to travel to Canada, USA, and Mexico as needed.
- . Strongly appreciated spoken French and/or Spanish

Pay: $46,000.00 per year
