Sr Manager Account

DESCRIPTION
The Sr. Account Manager passionately goes above and beyond to support their clients' success in the retail space. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in making connections with clients, managing a team towards goals and driving overall project success. The Sr. Account Manager will be the day-to-day client contact for a National Retail Sampling program, managing a team of Field Manager and Coordinators and Brand Ambassadors across Canada, responsible for delivery of in-store sampling events, reporting, hiring, training, and maintaining program results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day client contact for multiple clients
- Manage Execution Team of 1 Field Manager & 4 Regional Coordinators
- Deliver against strategic objectives of the national sampling campaign
- Develop and increase relationships with regional and head office client contacts
- Management of client programming and deliverables, including but not limited to program development and program results.
- Build and manage client relationships, leveraging category and client insights to ensure program continuity
- This job requires strong organizational, collaboration, and reporting skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years in Marketing or Account Management
- Experience in Adult Beverages, Retail Sampling, or similar industry
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking & time management skills
- Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams within a working environment
- Superb organizational skills – execution, and deliverables
- Excellent Excel and technological skills
