Job Summary

The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers, identifying business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Provide expert knowledge of Schindler products and services to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Business or Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in the elevator industry or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
