To achieve this, we are driving a strategic program to optimise our service delivery model which will require improvements to our technology and ways of working. This includes Implementations of new core delivery ERP and Workflow software, Automations via RPA and IDP, operational processes changes and optimisation of our organisational construct.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Change Specialist to manage projects and/or their workstreams and take responsibility for driving efficiency and innovation across Canada and the North America region.

In this role, the successful candidate will need to:

Lead E2E project to implement new ERP software for our HR & Payroll business line Lead Workflow tool implementation and Automations via RPA and/or IDP, new processes and internal controls Apply PM methodologies to run projects which delivers within quality, time and cost constraints Deploy effective change management techniques to influence, train and guide operational teams Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to the different stakeholders utilizing BI tools This role will be based in Vancouver, Canada and report to the Regional Director of Operational Excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Fully own and lead projects to implement new technologies and processes Lead implementation of new core delivery ERP – payroll processing software Act as a Business Change specialist – in ISAE framework embedding and improvements Act as Business Change specialist in payroll middleware embedding Manage 3rd party contracts and vendor relationships Manage complex programs which delivers within quality, time and cost constraints Lead and control the execution of the program through: analysis, design, implementation, hyper-care and benefits realisation phases Assess, plan and supervise the projects related to new systems, workflow tool and RPA implementation. Identify, mitigage and manage, programme related risks Embed quality review and governance in all activities

Deploy effective change management techniques to influence, train and guide operational teams Define and lead implementation of the change management strategy to ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable, prepared, and motivated for the changes Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders who have accountability for program execution

Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to the different stakeholders Provide effective reporting on programme benefits, progress, risks and issues Lead governance meetings, reporting to local leadership and market Operational Excellence lead Continuously meaure and assess the effectiveness of the programme

Partner with other Digital Operations to improve digital aspects of business

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience; 5+ years experience in complex projects/programs, involving ERP system, process, or organizational change OR 5+ years of experience in HR & Payroll service line, including control frameworks, global middleware platforms 3+ years in Process redesign and Organization re-structuring or 3+ years of experience in quantitative business analysis Communicating with and influencing stakeholders Exceptional organisation skills Using analytical and problem solving skills Exceptional written and spoken English

Qualifications Degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or Business related subject Lean six sigma – greenbelt (nice to have)
