Benefits Bonus based on performance Paid time off Competitive salary We are looking for a bookkeeper with a minimum of 5 years of senior experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting up to preparation of year-end documents for all staff and our external accountant. Monthly and weekly tasks including invoicing, bank reconciliation, sending statements for aging accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc. The candidate will be solely responsible for all bookkeeping aspects of our organization so being a self-starter with strong attention to detail is critical. Training will be provided initially, but problem solving skills are expected. Hours and schedule are highly flexible and the potential for some work from home could be arranged after a probationary period. Salary to be commensurate with experience.
