Sunset Ranch Golf and Country Club, part of Durali Properties is a Championship 18 Hole Golf and Country Club in Kelowna BC. Focusing on Golf, Membership, Restaurants on Events, Sunset Ranch is a premiere golf destination in Kelowna.

The Role:

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to manage our full-cycle accounting processes. This is a key role for someone who takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records and providing insights that help drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, preferably within the hospitality or golf industry.

What You'll Do:

* Manage the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles.

* Perform accurate and timely bank and credit card reconciliations.

* Process payroll and maintain related records.

* Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and reports.

* Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.

* Oversee inventory controls and reporting.

* Utilize QuickBooks Online as our primary accounting system.

* Create detailed reports and documents using the Microsoft Suite, with advanced Excel skills being a significant asset.

What You Bring:

Must-Haves:

* 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.

* Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

* Solid understanding of payroll processing, month-end reporting, and inventory controls.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

* Experience in the hospitality, retail, or golf industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
