Inside Sales Manager, Accountants – Sage We are rapidly expanding our Accountants’ division. As the Inside Sales Manager for Accountants, you will lead our inside sales team focused on acquiring new accounting firms and growing existing relationships. You will develop and optimize acquisition channels while introducing innovative strategies to help Sage Accountants revolutionize their practices. Your focus will be driving the shift to the cloud with solutions such as Sage Business Cloud Accounting & Payroll, Sage AutoEntry, GoProposal, and Futrli. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a 12‑person inside sales team to achieve revenue targets through new firm acquisition and growth of existing accounts. Manage the full sales cycle: oversee outbound prospecting, consultative selling, diligent record‑keeping, and consistent follow‑up to exceed targets. Drive operational excellence by recommending policy changes, establishing procedures, and ensuring day‑to‑day team readiness. Coach and develop talent through ongoing training, call monitoring, feedback, and performance management. Implement process improvements, including technical and workflow enhancements, to maximize efficiency and results. Collaborate with leadership to maintain continuous communication on objectives, training, and career development plans. Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience, including 2+ years in software sales. Proven ability in sales training, coaching, and team development. Strong leadership skills with the ability to energize and motivate teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage change, multitask, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment. Analytical mindset to identify trends and optimize calling campaigns. Preferred 2+ years of inside sales management experience. Fluency in French and English. Accounting knowledge or related experience.
