We are adding an exciting role to our dynamic team to help grow our sales. As Account Manager - Inside Sales, your role is vital to building and expanding wholesale customer connections. The position will focus on both existing customer accounts to build and new prospects to grow.

**Your duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Establishing and building relationships with new and existing wholesale partners across North America
- Proactive phone calls and outreach to customers to update on important company initiatives and promotions
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales
- Capable of building and closing a sales pipeline
- Strong consultative selling persona
- Highly motivated with ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Understanding and knowing our company and diverse product range found in our 200-page catalogue, as well as an interest in Indigenous arts, cultures, and peoples
- As part of a team, there may be times where you will support other areas within our sales and customer service team.
- Ability to travel to and participate in trade shows, as required.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience in consultative sales
- Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build rapport and grow relationships with customers by phone
- Strong initiative and ability to learn on the fly
- Organization with effective time-management
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms (Netsuite), Mac compatible, and Google Sheets
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Appreciation for Indigenous arts and culture
