My client is currently is currently looking to hire for a Learning Management System Specialist to join its team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing Learning Management System. Responsibilities include overseeing course loading, user registration, and progress tracking to ensure a smooth learning experience for all participants. Additionally, the candidate will work to enhance the platform's usability and technical functionality, contributing to the continuous improvement of our educational programs. Responsibilities:

Load, configure, and organize content to ensure seamless access and optimal learning experience. Configure registration settings and customize forms to support in-class or live event registration, ensuring seamless participant enrollment and data collection. Actively manage and monitor event registration processes and participant enrollment, ensure seamless registration experiences and accurate participant data capture, while proactively optimizing registration efficiency and participant engagement. Utilize attendance lists to assist in the coordination of transportation, accreditation, billing, and site amenities. Develop and/or support in promoting the uptake of learning courses, classes, or live events via established communication channels, ensuring effective dissemination of information and proactive engagement with participants. Actively and thoughtfully curate learning materials from other areas of the world (AOWs), maintaining an organized structure and regularly updating content for accuracy and relevance. Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on new content to ensure functionality, usability, and accessibility standards are met. Promptly address learner inquiries and technical issues, offering timely assistance to ensure a smooth learning experience. Facilitate training sessions for administrators, instructors, and learners to optimize platform utilization and foster effective learning practices. Provide expert guidance to dealership-level administrators and learners on leveraging the platform's capabilities to maximize learning outcomes. Monitor usage metrics and analyze learner feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish objectives and metrics for evaluating effectiveness in achieving learning outcomes. Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements to continuously improve the learning experience for all users.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in an IT or learning systems management role Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field Proficiency in operating and managing LMS platforms, Absorb LMS preferred. Understanding of learning management principles and best practices. Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and content development tools. Familiarity with e-learning standards, such as SCORM and xAPI. Ability to analyze data and generate insights from LMS usage metrics. Experience in providing learner support, training, and troubleshooting for LMS learners. Understanding of information security and compliance requirements related to LMS operations.
