Executive Assistant II – lululemon Join to apply for the Executive Assistant II role at lululemon. This position supports different Executives across the Org (Merchandising, Planning + Allocations + Global Sourcing). A Day in the Life Based in your SSC hub, in the hybrid workplace program (minimum 4 days in office per week), you are the connector between senior leadership and departmental team needs. Principal scheduler, timekeeper, planner, and coordinator to up to two members of the lululemon Executive Team, the Executive Assistant has a vital role in the success of their departments. Responsibilities Display great business acumen and maturity in role. Daily collaboration and communications with the EA team. Coordinate Executive’s calendar and contacts; manage email and file messages according to authority. Send meeting invitations and agendas, book meeting rooms, arrange tech resources and refreshments. Establish work priorities and direct assignments for department staff per allowed authority. Act as communications liaison with Department and EA Team. Prepare briefing notes and minutes of meetings. Provide executives with meeting documentation and correspondence tools. Delegate and follow up on action items within responsibility. Maintain confidential information appropriately. Coordinate C‑Suite level travel, including complex multi‑leg itineraries. Manage executive expenses, create purchase orders, pay invoices, approve department expenses, and review employee expense claims. Operate with an ‘Executive partnership’ mindset and drive proactive business planning. Support space planning for departmental growth. Handle special projects as assigned by the executive. Partner with P&C to onboard new senior executives and leadership team members. Qualifications 7+ years’ experience or equivalent in an administrative and/or executive support capacity with increasing responsibilities. Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise tact, sound judgment and prioritization. Ability to observe and maintain utmost confidentiality. Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working with a publicly traded company. Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The typical hiring range for this position is from $63,900 – $83,900 annually; base pay is based on location and other factors.
