The objective of Eurofins companies is to provide their customers with high-quality services, accurate results on time and expert advice by their highly qualified staff.Job DescriptionCompany: Eurofins Environment Testing,Position: Administrative AssistantJob Type: Full-Time and PermanentSalary: $25.9 /hourWorking hours: 36 hours/weekWork location: 146 Colonnade Road, suite unit #8, Ottawa, Ontario K2E 7Y1Website: https://www.eurofins.com/Email: [emailprotected]**********We are now hiring an Administrative Assistant to work with us.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the laboratory staff and management, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing communications.Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, laboratory activities, and regulatory compliance for reporting and auditing purposes.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.Check and order office equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.Assist in office procedures such as handling confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with data protection policies and regulations.Communicate efficiently with clients via email or call regarding laboratory testing and service inquiries, ensuring all information is clear and accurately conveyed internally and followed up on.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally and convey the information internally.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for laboratory staff.Assist in the preparation of regular reports and summaries for management review.Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory services.Ensure that all samples are received in compliance with Ministry of Environment Canada regulatory requirements and promptly communicate any deficiencies to the client.Prepare bottle orders and coordinate logistics services for clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials and services.Assist with various administrative tasks, including distributing analytical reports, compiling EDD files, editing invoices, and managing the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).QualificationsBachelor’s degree1-2 years of related work experienceGood understanding software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Aquis etc.)Education in Environmental Science considered as an assetWell-developed interpersonal and relationship building skillsExcellent time management and organization skillsAdditional InformationCompany: Eurofins Environment Testing,Position: Administrative AssistantJob Type: Full-Time and PermanentSalary: $25.9 /hourWorking hours: 36 hours/weekWork location: 146 Colonnade Road, suite unit #8, Ottawa, Ontario K2E 7Y1Website: https://www.eurofins.com/Email: [emailprotected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
