**Job Description**:
**Purpose of employment**:
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Special Projects Coordinator manages the onboarding of customers into the Customer Portal, IT/IS/LIMS improvement projects, and different business sections development projects (building, purchasing, subcontracting, messaging and others).
- Support customers in the use of the Customer Portal;
- Creation of customers on the Customer Portal;
- Verification of information in the LIMS and updating;
- Primary point of contact for managing portal enhancements and link to IT;
- Manage or support special projects;
- Collaborate with the sales team and PMs to meet customer needs;
- Ensure process efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and manage execution;
- Perform project feasibility analyzes (eg bar code, reduction of shipping costs, system migration, etc.) and their management;
- Any other tasks requested by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- DEC or BSc in science or management;
- ** Bilingual (french & english)**:

- 3 years exp, in an operational organization;
- Knowledge of the Office series;
- Knowledge of LIMS or other data management software.

**Required skills**:

- Demonstrate quick learning and execution in their functions and tasks;
- Prioritize and organize your work to meet the deadlines requested by clients;
- Organized, proactive, autonomous, good priority management and able to manage several tasks at the same time;
- Ability to interact professionally and adopt a positive attitude at all times with subcontractors, colleagues and superiors;
- Work as a team with the different departments;
- Spoken and written language: French (advanced) and English (intermediate).
