Eurofins offers a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products, as well as providing innovative clinical diagnostic testing services, as one of the leading global emerging players in specialised clinical diagnostics testing.In 2024, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR € 6.7 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years.Job DescriptionUnder the supervision of the client service team leader this position is responsible for entering client and sample information into LIMS, preparing supplies and bottles requests for clients, and ensuring that projects are processed quickly and delivered on time to operations.ResponsibilitiesSorting coolers, samples and coolers and making note of any deficiencies;Using the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to log-in the samples and generate labels;Preparing soils samples and rush projects to be processed by operations.Note this is a Scientific admin role and no analytical testing is carried out.QualificationsGood understanding of IT and PC applications and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc);Good communication skills, work effectively and efficiently;Knowledge of environmental samples considered and asset;Self-starter, ambitious and energetic;Laboratory experience considered an asset;Strong organizational skills;Excellent telephone and people skills;Lifting heavy coolers is a requirement up to 50 Lbs.Additional InformationMonday to Friday : 37.5 hours per weekShift : Starting at midnight 00h finishing at 8amTemporary position : until December 2025The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
