Key Accountabilities Responsible for drafting parts requisitions and service orders, receiving parts, and entering utilization and equipment invoices into Norland’s ERP syst Duties and Responsibilities Create and process purchase order requisitions based on requests received for the equipment shop Enter service order maintenance requests received for equipment Receive parts for the equipment shop and process packing slips from the field Enter utilization and equipment invoice routing Perform various administrative tasks related to equipment management as directed by the Accounting Supervisor Maintain and organize equipment-related documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date Assist in compiling information and documentation for reporting Qualifications & Skills A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably supporting a construction team Strong MS Office skills Experience with an ERP system Effective written and oral communication skills The ability to handle a heavy workload, multitask and prioritize A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills Compensation The role is a temporary, full-time position with a typical salary range of $24-$26 per hour plus vacation and statutory pay. The starting pay will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and experience.
