Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for drafting parts requisitions and service orders, receiving parts, and entering utilization and equipment invoices into Norland's ERP system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and process purchase order requisitions based on requests received for the equipment shop
  • Enter service order maintenance requests received for equipment
  • Receive parts for the equipment shop and process packing slips from the field
  • Enter utilization and equipment invoice routing
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to equipment management as directed by the Accounting Supervisor
  • Maintain and organize equipment-related documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date Assist in compiling information and documentation for reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably supporting a construction team
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Experience with an ERP system
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to handle a heavy workload, multitask and prioritize
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills

Compensation:

The role is a temporary, full-time position with a typical salary range of $24-$26 per hour plus vacation and statutory pay. The starting pay will be based on the successful candidate's competencies, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and experience.
