Through the website, email, direct mail, events, guides, reports, and ads, we communicate Clio’s value to prospects and customers at every stage of their journey.Who you are: The Content Strategy Specialist will be the operational hub of our content engine. You are a systematic, process-driven professional with a passion for bringing clarity and efficiency to a fast-paced content ecosystem. With 3-5 years of experience in content operations or a related field, you have a deep appreciation for content governance and understand how a well-oiled machine fuels business growth. You are a natural collaborator and communicator, skilled at working with various teams to ensure content is consistent, effective, and easily discoverable.What you'll work on:Lead Content Audits: Drive regular content audits to identify gaps, remove redundant or outdated content, and ensure our entire content library is accurate, on-brand, and effective.Drive Content Governance & Process: Develop, document, and socialize our content strategy processes. You will be the go-to expert for content creation, approval, and publishing workflows, ensuring everyone follows best practices.Manage Our Content Hub: In partnership with sales enablement and other key teams, you will configure and manage our digital asset management platform, ensuring it is the single source of truth for all employees.Enable Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product marketing, sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure they have the assets they need and understand how to use our content systems effectively.Implement and Standardize: Assist in the implementation of new content tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the organization.What you may have:3-5 years of experience in a content operations, content marketing, or a similar role.A strong understanding of content lifecycle management, taxonomy, metadata, and governance best practices.Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying process gaps and inconsistencies.Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate processes and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Serious bonus points if you have:Experience with project management tools (like Asana) and sales enablement/DAM platforms (like Seismic).Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.A passion for building efficient systems and improving processes.Experience with AI and machine learning applications in content strategy or operations, including building or implementing AI tools to enhance efficiency and scale.What you will find here: Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program.
