**About Our Client**

Berg Chilling Systems designs, manufactures, tests and integrates skid mounted process refrigeration equipment, mechanical packages and fluid pumping systems using both natural and synthetic refrigerants for ease of installation and commissioning.

The Content Marketing Specialist is a full-time permanent opportunity reporting to the Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid role working remotely three (3) days a week and two (2) days at their head office and manufacturing facility located in the Toronto, Ont.

**Requirements**:
The primary focus of the Content Marketing Specialist is to produce content for distribution across Berg’s marketing channels to drive traffic, brand awareness, engagement, and generate leads that contribute to new sales.
- Research and prepare continent marketing collateral in collaboration with other members of the marketing team, company stakeholders, and external agencies, covering a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, social media, case studies, project profiles, infographics, etc.).
- Collaborate with other stakeholders across the organization to develop and manage a content calendar in alignment with growth objectives.
- Create concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy.
- Research markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
- Research and organize facts and sources.
- Measure and optimize the program on a regular and ongoing basis.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization for new ideas and strategies.
- Other marketing and business development duties as required.
- Strict adherence to company policies and style

**What We Require**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications
- Two years of experience in content writing for a B2B organization. University co-op experience will be considered
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with WordPress CMS.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush and an understanding of SEO principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively both independently, and closely with others in a team environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (or equivalent) is an asset, though not a requirement.
