Position Overview This Business Development Representative (BDR) role offers a rewarding career in sales, involving lead generation, outbound calls, product demos, and achieving sales targets. What You’ll Do Make 100‑200 outbound cold calls daily to generate interest and book high‑quality demos. Master the sales process, engaging prospects and setting up high‑converting meetings. Develop strong client relationships with clinic owners, doctors, and practice managers in medspa, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, and dental industries. Gain exposure to the full sales cycle, aiming for promotion to a Senior Account Executive role. Exceed monthly demo booking targets, contributing to company growth. What We’re Looking For Degree in Business, Administration or related field. 3‑5 years experience as a BDR or SDR in a high‑volume cold‑calling role. Confidence in cold calling and handling objections. Strong verbal and written skills to build rapport and deliver compelling pitches. Competitive mindset with drive to achieve targets. Time‑management skills and ability to work independently and within a team. Experience in SaaS, healthcare or digital marketing sales is a strong asset.
