Impact on the Organization As an HR Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how our HR team uses data. You’ll build powerful dashboards and tools using Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform to drive strategic decisions and streamline operations. Responsibilities Understand and document HR data requirement processes and develop data solutions with current tools. Explore alternative solutions of automated workflows with the collaboration of the IT teams. Build scalable data infrastructure that supports strategic HR and talent initiatives. Build and maintain HR dashboards in Power BI and/or Smartsheet to track key metrics such as retention, compensation trends, and DEI initiatives. Understand, apply and educate the HR team on basic usage of data processing and analytic tools. Design advanced tools for time management, headcount planning, and compliance reporting. Integrate data across systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility for HR and leadership teams. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns. Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or data solution development. Proven ability to build tools and workflows in Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, Dataverse. Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures. Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards. French proficiency is an asset. Other Requirements Grow professionally and inspire others to do the same.
