In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing reports to developing dashboards and acting as the SME for the HRIS. **Data Analyst Responsibilities**:

- Support the gathering, design, and development of various HR reports
- Develop robust dashboards and reports that pull employee information from various HR tools
- Effectively communicate key issues and trends and recommend appropriate courses of action
- Prepare workforce data for emerging trends and identify proactive measures
- Support in the preparation of presentations and reports for various business stakeholders
- Perform special projects and analyses around internal measurements and metrics to monitor HR programs
- Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing stakeholder needs
- Identify and propose solutions for system and process improvements and efficiencies by analyzing data and researching best practices and trends
**Data Analyst Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Management, Statistics or Data Analytics
- 2 years of experience with HRIS and HR data analytics
- Excellent data analysis skills, including experience with Excel and Power BI

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
