Principales sphères de responsabilité

  1. Agir en tant que partenaire commercial en établissant et en maintenant des partenariats utiles
  2. Tirer parti de relations efficaces avec les principaux partenaires commerciaux des équipes Marketing, Ventes et Affaires médicales pour cerner les lacunes et établir les résultats d’apprentissage souhaités, afin d’offrir des ressources de formation adaptées à l’équipe de vente.

Formation

  1. Assurer la formation initiale et continue de l’équipe de vente pour transmettre des compétences et des connaissances de base.
  2. Effectuer des visites sur le terrain avec l’équipe de vente pour offrir de l’encadrement et évaluer les besoins sur le plan de la formation.

Solutions d’apprentissage

  1. Utiliser les principes de formation des adultes, la formation hybride et les principes modernes d’apprentissage.
  2. Concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre des formations en vente afin de renforcer la confiance clinique et les connaissances sur les produits.
  3. Évaluer et mettre à jour régulièrement les programmes et le contenu des formations.
  4. Simplifier les programmes de formation pour l’équipe de vente.
  5. Développer du matériel de formation en vente pour améliorer la confiance clinique et les connaissances sur les produits.
  6. Maintenir une connaissance à jour de l’environnement de vente local, des tendances du marché et des objectifs des filiales/unités commerciales.
  7. Établir et assurer une utilisation cohérente des processus et des outils pour gérer les projets.
  8. Élaborer du contenu pour la préparation au lancement, conformément aux indications locales et aux besoins commerciaux.
  9. Excellentes compétences en animation et en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  10. Bilinguisme (français et anglais) essentiel.
  11. Capacité d’établir des liens avec un large éventail d’auditoires et capacité d’exploiter les plateformes de formation virtuelles.
  12. Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets et pour l’utilisation des outils de la suite Microsoft Office – Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, etc.
  13. Aptitudes éprouvées liées à la prise de décisions et à la pensée critique pour aider à orienter la planification stratégique et tactique.
