Job Description

As a Bilingual Associate Learning Specialist at Eli Lilly and Company, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sales training programs to enhance the confidence and knowledge of our sales teams. Your expertise in adult learning principles, hybrid training, and modern learning principles will be essential in creating engaging and effective training experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Establish and Maintain Commercial Partnerships
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial partners across Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs teams to identify knowledge gaps and establish desired learning outcomes, ensuring tailored training resources for our sales teams.
  2. Training and Development
    Deliver initial and ongoing training to our sales teams to transfer essential skills and knowledge. Conduct on-site visits with the sales team to provide coaching and assess training needs.
  3. Learning Solutions
    Apply adult learning principles, hybrid training, and modern learning principles to:
    • Assess needs and gaps and formulate recommendations for appropriate learning interventions.
    • Design, develop, and implement sales training programs to enhance confidence and product knowledge.
    • Regularly evaluate and update training programs and content.
    • Simplify training programs for our sales teams.
    • Develop sales training materials to improve confidence and product knowledge. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local sales environments, market trends, and business objectives.
  4. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing.
  5. Bilingualism (French and English)
    Essential bilingualism (French and English).
  6. Building Relationships and Exploiting Virtual Learning Platforms
    Ability to build relationships with a wide range of audiences and exploit virtual learning platforms.
  7. Project Management and Microsoft Office Skills
    Excellent project management skills and ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, etc.).
  8. Decision-Making and Critical Thinking
    Proven decision-making and critical thinking skills to inform strategic and tactical planning.
