Job Description

Job Summary

The Institute for Performance and Learning is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Associate Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish and Maintain Partnerships

Act as a commercial partner to establish and maintain valuable partnerships that drive business growth.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.

Design and Deliver Training Programs

Develop and deliver initial and ongoing training to sales teams to equip them with essential skills and knowledge.

Conduct Field Visits

Visit sales teams in the field to provide coaching and assess training needs.

Develop Learning Solutions

Design, develop, and implement sales training programs that enhance clinical confidence and product knowledge.

Evaluate and Update Training Programs

Regularly evaluate and update training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

Simplify Training Programs

Simplify training programs for sales teams to improve their understanding and application of knowledge.

Develop Sales Training Materials

Develop sales training materials to enhance clinical confidence and product knowledge.

Stay Up-to-Date with Market Trends

Stay informed about local market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.

Establish Project Management Processes

Establish and maintain consistent project management processes and tools.

Develop Launch Preparation Content

Develop content to support launch preparation, aligned with local indications and business needs.

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Bilingualism (French and English) Essential

Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role.

Ability to Engage with Diverse Audiences

Ability to engage with a wide range of audiences and leverage virtual learning platforms.

Project Management and Microsoft Office Skills

Excellent project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

Decision-Making and Critical Thinking

Proven decision-making and critical thinking skills to inform strategic and tactical planning.

Additional Information

This role is based on the field with an expectation of time in the main office, as needed.
