Position Summary We’re looking for a motivated and results‑oriented Sales Representative to lead outside sales efforts focused on battery systems (AGM, Lead Carbon, Lithium) and power conversion products (inverters, chargers, solar controllers, and related technologies). Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, CRM, and walk‑ins (when in the office) Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through proactive communication and follow‑up Prospect for new business within your assigned territory (initially focused on the Lower Mainland) Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions involving batteries, solar, and DC power conversion systems Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices as needed Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on‑time order fulfillment Build and manage relationships with key accounts including government entities, contractors, fleet operators, dealers, and OEMs Provide ongoing support to key accounts for product, delivery, or technical issues Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to generate leads and stay informed on market trends Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and leadership teams to support company‑wide growth initiatives Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience in batteries, power conversion, or related electrical products (preferred) Working knowledge of energy storage systems, inverters, and DC power applications (preferred)li>Proven ability to prospect, close deals, and meet or exceed targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated and organized, with strong time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Technical diploma or certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy (an asset) Experience in marine, RV, industrial, or solar power applications (an asset) What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission Commission structure targets ~25% of base, with potential up to 50% Strong base + bonus +/- $125,000 OTE Mileage reimbursement for local travel + car allowance Extended health and dental benefits (healthcare spending account capped at 4% of base salary) Comprehensive product training and ongoing professional development A collaborative, supportive team environment in a growing, forward‑thinking company Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time Job Function / Industries Electric Power Generation and Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing Location Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
