**About the Role**:
We are seeking an **Outside Sales Representative** who is **compassionate, outgoing, highly organized, and self-motivated**. This role is a blend of community engagement and direct client interaction, perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and making a real difference.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent Just Like Family Home Care professionally within the community.
- Build relationships with local businesses that serve a similar clientele to create referral partnerships.
- Attend community events, markets, and networking opportunities to promote our brand.
- Conduct in-home assessments with potential clients, explaining our services and developing customized care plans tailored to their needs.
- Participate in weekly virtual sales meetings and regular check-ins to collaborate, strategize, and grow in the role.

**Requirements**:

- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required for travel between communities — mileage reimbursement provided).
- Ability to cover West Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond areas.
- Business casual attire while representing the company.
- Previous sales or community outreach experience an asset, but most importantly, a genuine heart for people.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Mileage/wear and tear reimbursement.
- Wellness benefit program available after 6 months.
