We are seeking an energetic sales professional to join our B2B medical and industrial sales division, preferably with experience in selling single-use products for repeat business.
Your ultimate goal is to contact targeted businesses that use our competitors' products in Canada and the USA and convert them to our products. Our products are the only ones made in Canada. Our quality is better, our service is better, and in most cases, so is our price. As a successful contributor to the team, you’ll have access to significant earning potential with uncapped commission
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue through phone and email correspondence, along with screen-sharing presentations to potential customers. You’ll initially work from our office located in Lachine, Quebec. However, as you demonstrate a strong work ethic and success, we can transition to just 2-3 days at the office and possibly even fewer days as your sales continue to thrive.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Thorough training on how our products address business owners’ needs.
- Connecting with targeted customers identified as users of our devices.
- Efficiently managing your pipeline of qualified prospects from various marketing channels to surpass monthly revenue targets.
- Maintaining polite and professional follow-ups until the sales closure.
- Sustaining communication to foster lasting relationships with customers; we value ongoing engagement rather than one-off orders.
- Ideally, a background in B2B sales, but we’ll also consider individuals with a strong passion and enthusiasm for the industry.
- A people-oriented approach, goal-driven mindset, and a love for sales.
- Clear communication skills in writing, over the phone, and in video calls. While proficiency in both English and French is preferred, exceptional English skills are essential due to the majority of sales occurring outside Quebec.
- Ability to multitask and serve customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
