Role Overview We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist who can research, identify, and connect with potential clients using custom, personalized email and LinkedIn outreach (no templates or spam). You’ll help Nexile Digital expand its global reach by identifying qualified leads who are genuinely interested in our services. Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients in industries like real estate, startups, e-commerce, tech, and creative services Craft customized, human-written emails (no mass templates) Execute outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with the leadership team Maintain CRM records and weekly progress reports Continuously test and refine outreach strategies for better conversion Requirements Must-Have: Some years of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales Strong written English & communication skills Experience in personalized email campaigns and LinkedIn prospecting Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Pipedrive, or similar) Understanding of digital agency services (web, SEO, marketing, design, etc.) Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Hunter.io, Apollo, Instantly, or Sales Navigator Experience in Upwork / cold lead sourcing Basic understanding of marketing funnels or analytics Confidence in pitching services and handling follow-ups Compensation Structure Base Pay:Hidden Information Commission:Up to15%+ per converted client Bonus:Performance-based milestone incentives Flexibility:Remote work, flexible hours, results-based evaluation Performance Milestones Timeline Goal 30 Days: Research & contact 100 leads; 5 qualified meetings booked 60 Days: 200+ leads generated; 10+ qualified prospects 90 Days: Consistent 10–15% conversion rate; independent outreach management Who You Are Strategic thinker who personalizes every message.
