The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated, technically savvy Demand Generation & Application Specialist to help grow their presence across Canada. You’ll work with engineers, contractors, and the sales team to drive product awareness and ensure technical success on the ground. What You’ll Do Support engineers, contractors, and customers with technical guidance and product expertise Develop and execute demand-generation strategies to increase product adoption Deliver product demos and training sessions to EPCM and end-user clients Collaborate with sales to uncover and pursue new opportunities Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and support applications Provide market feedback and reporting on activities and trends What You Bring Degree / diploma in mechanical, civil, or related engineering field preferred Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, and insulation materials Strong communication and presentation skills Technical problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD experience an asset Willingness and ability to travel across Canada Bilingualism (English / French) is a plus Why Join Us Remuneration for this position will consist of a base salary between $100-105K in addition to a bonus program, full benefits including RRSP matching as well as appropriate expenses.
