The ideal candidate brings a solid academic foundation and progressive HR experience, with the ability to provide strategic guidance on complex HR matters while contributing to broader organizational initiatives.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized institution, along with a minimum of three years of progressive experience delivering strategic HR advice to senior executive-level management (EX group).Minimum of three years of substantial experience advising senior executives on complex HR issues, demonstrating sound judgment and strategic insight.Ability to support the consulting team and act as a backup to the Project Manager when required, including responding to inquiries from the Executive Leadership Team.Strong knowledge of HR disciplines such as staffing, classification, and organizational design.Proficiency with benchmarking tools, search platforms, and analytical reporting techniques to support evidence-based decision-making.Secret security clearance is mandatory to participate in on-site meetings, consultations, and interviews.
