As a Technical Project Manager, you will be at the center of Randstad Digital's ability to modernize our customers' architecture and technology stacks for digital data products for a leading aerospace company. You are a highly skilled technical leader, invested in enabling your technical team, providing an excellent customer experience, and developing fresh, cutting-edge solutions.
This leader position is an accelerated path to a career in professional services management and you'll be reporting to the Vice President of Canada Onshore Delivery.
What will your job entail
You will develop strong client relationships along with strong technical acumen. You will lead software solutions engagements to modernize and accelerate our customers' data technology journeys. Projects can last from a few months to a year or more depending on the project mandate. The projects you work on will be varied and span across different customers in Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, and Manufacturing. You will need to preserve the customer's interests while also fueling Randstad Digital's growth and prosperity.

- Experience and expertise in SAFe software development framework.
- Demonstrated experience leading scrum processes, ceremonies, and artifacts.
- Demonstrated leadership and deployment experience leveraging native cloud paradigms and tools on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience working with digital data products, data analytics, and emerging technologies (MLE, AI algorithms, datalake).
- Experience coaching software development specialists (developers, UI/UX, QA, BA, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage agile and project tools and also reporting tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Excel/Sheets, Confluence, etc.).
- Great client-facing skills and polished communications in English and French.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience leading projects with a focus on agile software development for applications, data analytics & digital product development.
- Previous work in a multicultural & international environment.
