Join us MCG Careers is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Calgary Downtown office as an Employer Coach. Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in job development/job placement Career Development Certificate or related post-secondary education Social media, events planning, and Business to Business sales experience Knowledge of the Calgary labour market Labour market connections are an asset Knowledge of workplace integration strategies, Alberta labour/disability laws, and Duty to Accommodate legislation Strong commitment to reducing mental health stigmas and creating inclusive labour markets Knowledge of best practices in Recruitment and Hiring Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle If you share our drive to help Albertans change their lives, please send us a cover letter along with your resume.
