Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application.YOUR MISSION: The Executive, Sales Operation (Contract) will support the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within the wholesale team in Indonesia.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Provide administrative support (quotations, proposals, contracts, etc.) for the sales team and coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments.Data Management: Process customer orders accurately and on time in internal systems. Maintain customer records, sales data, and CRM updates.Billing Coordination: Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customers for smooth delivery and billing. Respond to inquiries regarding orders and product availability.Reporting: Generate and distribute sales and operational reports. Organize and provide sales documents for audits.Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.1-2 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or administrative roles.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or ERP systems.Fluent in Bahasa and English.PUMA supports over 19,000 employees across 120+ countries.
