The role of the Sales Executive is responsible for actively seeking new clients and generating leads through cold calling, referral, networking, and managing incoming leads. The main tasks include but are not limited to new clients onboarding, maintaining operations to generate revenue, meeting the revenue sales target.What will you do:Manage incoming leads and convert them to clientsProactively generate leads of potential clients to use our serviceManage the sales pipeline of prospective clientsResponsible for new clients onboarding, including well-implemented referral methodsBuild sustainable relationships by improving client engagement activities such as arranging regular meetings, obtaining feedback, and following up as necessaryImprove sales revenue by approaching existing clients and obtaining referrals for new clients from their network.Maintain and update the Clients DatabaseWho we need:Bachelor's degree from any majorMinimum 3 years prior work experience in Sales or in managing B2B clients from the service industryProficient in English, spoken and writtenAbility and desire to sellA confident and determined approachAdept, persuasive communicatorDeadline-oriented and attentive to detailMust be able to multitaskAble to be flexible on job scope evolutionIf you meet these requirements and are looking for a new, exciting opportunity within a successful, growing company, then this role is for youIntegrity Indonesia is a foreign investment company that has operated since 2001 in Indonesia and in other countries in Asia.
