Qualifications Previous experience working in an administrative environment. Proficient in Microsoft and other computer programs. Experience working in the construction or transportation industry. Day in the Life A day in the life of an office administrator is filled with various responsibilities and tasks. The morning routine typically starts by checking emails and voicemails, prioritizing tasks for the day ahead. Administrative duties, such as filing paperwork, organizing documents, and managing office supplies, are handled throughout the day. You will perform general accounting and administration duties such as payroll timecard processing, inventory tracking, purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, and assist project managers with contract administration as needed. This is an ideal role for you if you enjoy Collaborating with multiple team members. Problem solving while partnering with operations leaders.
