Manage member life-cycle tasks, including scheduling and leading calls.Own all account management conversations with secondary account stakeholders.Ensure members leverage their membership by delivering high-quality service to drive renewal and future sales.Manage and respond to inbound requests from members.Assist in preparing for member interactions by collecting background information on individuals and organizations, including their relationship with Info-Tech.Complete scheduled and ad hoc data queries of our CRM.Maintain accurate account details and contact information in the CRM.Actively seek to increase product knowledge.QualificationsUniversity degree.3+ years of successful Account Management experience.Experience in the IT Research and Advisory market.Teamwork experience is a plus.SkillsCritical Thinking: Simplify complex information, communicate clearly, understand client needs, and support them effectively.Planning & Organization: Manage daily schedules, territory, and account growth plans.Time Management: Prioritize tasks, schedule calls, and manage the member lifecycle.Goal Setting: Set and monitor personal goals, seek help when needed.Active Listening: Identify client needs through effective questioning and listening.Info-Tech Research Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
