Your daily life:
The Senior Director, Global Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the company's sales initiatives, revenue growth, and market expansion in a direct sales and channel management environment. This position entails leading a high-performing sales team, developing, and executing sales strategies, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve aggressive business goals. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.Drive revenue generation by setting ambitious sales targets, monitoring sales performance, and consistently exceeding targets. Implement strategies to capture new business opportunities and expand market share.Manage and develop a dynamic sales team. Foster a high-performance culture, provide guidance, and set clear expectations to ensure individual and collective success. Provide ongoing training and coaching to foster skills development and enhance product knowledge.Maintain and enhance the sales process to maximize effectiveness and adoption. Implement best practices and sales methodologies to improve sales productivity.
