Why consider this job opportunity: Salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 with bonus upside Comprehensive benefits plan including dental, medical, health and wellness, and vacation stipends Remote‑first work environment; choose your office location across Canada Access to the latest hardware and software tools Budget allocated for continuous development and training Opportunity to build long‑term business relationships and make a significant impact in the U.S. market What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Initiate the sales process by contacting prospects and managing inbound and outbound pipeline efforts Demonstrate the fintech product, showcasing the mortgage application flow from intake to submission to compliance Oversee the onboarding and training process for customers to ensure product adoption Maintain a knowledge base of U.S. mortgage systems and industry news to better service client needs Present clear business cases to internal stakeholders regarding opportunities What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 2 years of progressive sales experience in a technology role Knowledge in the financial or mortgage industry, preferably in the U.S. market Proven track record of building and nurturing long‑term business relationships with decision‑makers High sales activity experience, including a high volume of calls and demos Experience in managing sales processes, forecasting, and building data‑driven strategies How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with HubSpot Familiarity with using AI tools in a sales role Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach Experience in grassroots marketing, such as engaging with Facebook broker groups We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
