Your Contribution

As a Project Administrative Assistant, you will work in collaboration with the Project Management team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules;
  • Assist the multidiscipline project managers with daily project work;
  • Small proposal preparation;
  • Order office supplies and maintain the copy room;
  • Help organize office social events;
  • Document preparation such as writing, revising and formatting various documents such as reports, inspection reports, letters, excel tables, correspondence, NMS specifications, meeting minutes etc.;
  • Printing and binding of reports;
  • Attend meetings, produce and distribute meeting minutes;
  • Develop project specific forms and templates;
  • Insurance requests; and
  • Permit applications.

Your Profile

  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration is an asset;
  • Minimum of 3-year experience in an administrative role in an office environment required;
  • Experience working in a similar capacity in a Consulting, Engineering, or Science firm would be an asset;
  • Exceptional written and oral English communication skills;
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office program features specifically; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Skilled with the preparation of PDF reports including links, bookmarks, and searching tools for easy access;
  • Strong research and writing skills, ability to present information concisely and clearly;
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to implement and maintain systems of organization;
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize; multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment; and
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.

Qualifications:
