The HR Director will report directly into the CEO and will lead and mentor 2 direct reports (HR Advisors). p>We are seeking a candidate with at least 10 years’ relevant and progressive human resource experience, including at least a few years in senior leadership capacities. Labour relations skills and experience supporting a unionized workforce are absolutely required in this role (experience specifically working with the BCGEU is an asset). Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, as is experience using an HRIS.

This is a full-time and in-office Monday to Friday role, based in Surrey. Occasionally the HR Director will work off-site and will attend meetings in other locations outside of the corporate office, and they will need to have their own vehicle and a clean, valid driver's license.
