Position Overview As our Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to the Component Operations Department. Reporting to the Vice President, Components, you will coordinate with colleagues across the organization and occasionally with external parties to gather information, prepare reports, and support daily operations. You will also create organizational announcements as required, ensuring professionalism, discretion, and specialized administrative skills. Location On-site, Cambridge, ON Your Day to Day Manage employee information, including timesheets, training, absenteeism, and vacation records using HRIS and SAP systems. Support budgeting activities by monitoring costs, preparing headcount reports, and assisting with budget inputs. Administer and track quality program activities, including corrective actions, root cause analyses, and audit findings. Prepare and maintain reports, performance charts, and budget/requisition spreadsheets for management. Coordinate office administration, including meetings, travel arrangements, supplies, and internal/external communications. Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, terminations, and employee record management. Prioritize competing tasks, exercise discretion, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Required Qualifications 5+ years in senior administrative support with deep knowledge of office operations. Post secondary education in a relevant field. Expertise in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an asset. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate and prevent issues. Discretion with confidential information and excellent judgment. Base salary range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $69,000 per year.
