Paladin focuses on employee development, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities to work on industry-leading projects in security, communications, and network infrastructure.Position: Account Executive at Paladin Technologies.ResponsibilitiesIdentify client security requirements and effectively communicate the company’s applicable services and products to meet those requirementsPrepare proposals, RFPs, and assist with bid proposals that identify and distinguish the features/benefits of the company, meet gross profit margins, and operational requirementsDevelop and implement a proactive methodology for follow-up communication and proposal generation of all prospectsMaintain proactive ongoing relationships with clients to determine satisfaction, assist with future needs, solicit referrals, and assist in resolving collections of past due accountsAssist in selling Service Contracts to existing clients and second-year Service Contracts for system upgrades/replacementsSolicit equipment upgrades, replacement projects, and/or company promotions for existing clientsPresent final contract to client for signature and ensure requirements such as deposits, taxes, invoicing information, and project information are completeComplete sales orders, scope, plans, and other project documentation timely, in accordance with company procedures and applicable contract requirementsWork with Project Managers to implement timely and profitable installations that meet client and company expectationsProvide project oversight by maintaining close communications with Project Managers regarding project status, unresolved issues, change orders, and close-out requirementsArticulate the company values, mission, and strategy to achieve Trusted Business Partner statusGeneral AccountabilitiesRepresent the company professionally to maximize client satisfactionMaintain knowledge of current industry standards and emerging technologies; attend manufacturer and technology education as necessaryInterface proactively with colleagues to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve profit and cash flow goalsCommunicate and respond in a timely manner to client and company needs or inquiriesWork in compliance with company policies and safety proceduresParticipate in industry and networking functions aligned with company values and goalsProvide activity reports as requested by managementAvailable to work outside of normal business hours when neededMaintain and protect assigned company assetsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of experience in a sales roleStrong connections within the city and market familiarityPreferred QualificationsMinimum 1 year security industry experienceContinuing education valued – technical, Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree or security industry certificationsProfessional CompetenciesResults-oriented networking and prospectingExcellent written and verbal skills in one-on-one and large group situationsExcellent interpersonal skills including client and employee relationsAbility to organize workload for effective implementationAbility to multi-task under deadlines and time constraintsProficient in standard business software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, OneNote, Visio)Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse culturesAbility to function as an effective team member in a collaborative sales environmentAdaptability as the external environment and organization evolvePhysical DemandsMust be able to communicate effectively (see, hear, speak, write clearly) to interact with employees and/or customers; manual dexterity for frequent reaching and handling of small objectsWorking ConditionsOffice environment with average noise levels; travel may be requiredJob InformationSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Wireless Services, Telecommunications, and Communications Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
