Co-Founder role at EIDDI is a strategic, equity-based leadership position designed for visionary individuals who want to build and scale a global technology company from the ground up. As a founding partner, you will help define EIDDI’s direction, shape its products and services, and contribute directly to its long-term success. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Vision Co‑own the company’s mission, strategy, and roadmap across all service pillars (CodeWorks Pro, ConnectCore, TechFusion 360, and AI). Identify emerging opportunities, innovations, and global expansion paths. Participate in major high‑level decisions, including product direction and governance. 2. Product & Technology Development Guide architecture, engineering decisions, and solution design where relevant. Ensure products and services adhere to global standards in security, quality, and compliance. Support development of AI frameworks, cloud systems, or IT infrastructure (role‑dependent). 3. Business Growth & Partnerships Assist in building early customer relationships and enterprise partnerships. Represent EIDDI in global networks, conferences, or investor‑facing meetings. Influence go‑to‑market strategies and service positioning. 4. Organization & Culture Building Help establish foundational processes, operational workflows, and leadership structures. Recruit, mentor, and shape early‑stage teams. Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and performance. 5. Governance, Risk & Compliance Participate in board‑level decisions, oversight, and long‑term policy creation. Support development of risk management frameworks and compliance standards (ISO, ITIL, Zero Trust). 6. Equity‑Based Commitment This is a no‑salary position with compensation provided exclusively through equity ownership. Ideal for someone seeking long‑term value, shared ownership, and strategic influence rather than monthly cash compensation. Equity vests over a structured timeline (e.g., 4–10 years depending on agreements). Ideal Candidate Profile Entrepreneurial mindset with a long‑term vision for building global tech capabilities.
