Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and Meta, and supported by Microsoft, we are now scaling both product and engineering.Role OverviewAs CTO and late co-founder, you will take full ownership of the tech stack at BlackFluo. You will shape the product roadmap, make key architectural decisions, and establish a strong engineering culture. Your work will be central to positioning BlackFluo as a category-defining platform at the intersection of AI and finance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement an AI architecture using multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, RAG, knowledge graphs)Lead cloud infrastructure and MLOps workflows (Docker, MLflow, Azure ML, AKS/EKS)Build data pipelines and search systems (Neo4j, FAISS, PySpark, Azure Cognitive Search)Translate business needs (VC, M&A, Private Equity) into robust NLP-based solutionsRecruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering teamEnsure quality, security, and compliance (SOC 2 preparation)What Were Looking For4 to 6+ years of experience in applied AI, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, and RAGStrong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), CI/CD, and MLOps toolsExperience in early-stage startups or scale-upsAutonomous and proactive, while able to collaborate closely with foundersComfortable working across tech, product, and business strategyBonus: experience in financial services or B2B SaaS startupsWhat We OfferStrategic co-founder role with meaningful equityHigh-caliber technical environment with access to top-tier AI tools and Microsoft supportFull remote flexibility or the option to work from Miami or DubaiDirect impact on a fast-growing product in a high-potential market #J-18808-Ljbffr
