Founding Engineer / Technical Co-Founder (Equity-Based Role, Remote / Alberta) Desqk – An App For The Future of Freelancing Desqk is a digital workspace and community built for freelancers who want calm, focus, and connection. We’re looking for an experienced founding engineer ready to take full ownership of the product and architecture at Desqk. We’re past the MVP stage, initial version built offshore, and now need someone to lead the evolution with the CTO and founders. About the Role This is not a regular job — it’s a co‑founder opportunity. We’re looking for someone who’s 100% hands‑on, ready to make key architectural and technical decisions, and help shape the next phase of the product. The role is currently unpaid, but we’re offering meaningful equity to compensate for your time and commitment over the coming months, with additional compensation after fundraising or revenue milestones.
